RECEIVING & INSPECTION

All your items are received and inspected at time of delivery. All damages or discrepancies are reported immediately with emailed photos of damages if needed. All items received are matched to your purchase orders and are available to be viewed online. All exposed upholstery is protected prior to being placed in your projects bins.

Delivery & Installation Services

VENDOR PICKUPS

All vendors are called the day prior to verify all items are ready for pickup the next day.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

All deliveries are setup on a 2 hour delivery window with a 30 minute pre-delivery notification phone call. Complete project installations are setup for a specific day and time. Not Only is the furniture handled with care but we are very much aware of your client's home. We provide floor protection on all deliveries. Installation and assembly services are included at time of delivery which also includes the hanging of art and mirrors.
